Busy Folsom boutique law firm specializing in public entity representation and education law seeks to engage a full-time, permanent associate attorney to work with school districts, fire districts, and other local public agencies.
Practice focus: Real estate and business law with an emphasis in public contracting/bidding, developer mitigation, and construction.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience; employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for the employee; 401(k) plan with employer contribution based on tenure; employee-paid life insurance available.
Requirements and Qualifications: We are looking for an organized, professional, and responsible self-starter. Two to five years’ experience as an attorney required, litigation experience a plus.
Our office is open and this position is in-person. We are conveniently located near light rail and Highway 50. Building includes fitness center.
