At the same time, we are small enough to provide our clients with a level of service not found in mega-firms. Legal advice is available to our clients immediately and 24 hours a day. Our clients have our phone numbers, and they use them. We never expect our clients to wait until it’s convenient for us to face their problems together.
Our philosophy is that prevention is better than conflict. Avoiding a legal problem is often easier – and almost always less expensive – than fixing one. That is why we conduct seminars and counsel our clients on proven strategies to sidestep the pitfalls and problems we have learned to identify in 36 years of practice. The success of prevailing in litigation is gratifying, but we take greater pride in knowing our clients tend not to become embroiled in expensive, resource-draining litigation.
Our firm began in 1984 as Pinnell & Kingsley. Today, the name has changed, and the second generation of lawyers has reached the top of the profession, offering counsel that comes from decades of experience and advocacy.
Over the years, we have remained exclusively focused on representation of management and service to public agencies. This focus has allowed us to develop a depth of experience and knowledge that few firms can match.
